Personally I think Catch as Catch can is one of her flopped albums through her Eighties career!
My favourites are Select and Teases & Dares. The last one is her best!!

As a Heavy Metal fan from the 80's, I always loved all of the metal and rock power ballads for the same reason. It's a restraining of power.
